(b) Job Applications and Referrals

If you apply for a job or internship with TDL though our Site, or you refer another candidate for a job or internship, you may be given the option to do so using a networking account with a third-party website, or to submit your information through our third-party application processing platform. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we use SmartRecruiters to process job applications. (c) Requests for Materials

If you want to receive certain materials from TDL, we will collect data directly from our individual users through a third-party data collecting service. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we use the web platform FormAssembly to collect and process data directly from our individual users requesting materials. 5. Updating Your Information
